Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 4, 2026 · Lattiq, LLC (a Wyoming Limited Liability Company)
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service:
- API request logs — IP address, timestamp, endpoint called, response time, HTTP status code
- Wallet addresses — used as bot identity for x402 micropayments and stateful health tracking
- Payment records — Stripe transaction IDs, amounts, timestamps; for x402 payments, on-chain transaction hashes
We do not collect personal names, email addresses, government-issued identifiers, biometric data, or location data beyond the IP address included in request logs.
2. How We Use Data
Data we collect is used exclusively for:
- Operating and improving the Service (routing, response delivery)
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Bot health scoring and stateful memory (keyed to wallet address)
- Fraud detection and payment reconciliation
- Aggregate, anonymized analytics to understand usage patterns
We do not use collected data for behavioral advertising, user profiling, or sale to third parties.
3. Data Retention
You may request deletion of your data (excluding payment records required by law) by contacting us at [email protected].
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics — published as ecosystem health metrics; no individual bot or IP is identifiable
- Legal obligations — we may disclose data if required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order) or to comply with applicable law. Where legally permitted, we will notify affected users prior to disclosure
- Service providers — infrastructure providers (hosting, Cloudflare) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; they do not receive data for their own use
5. Cookies
We use no tracking cookies and deploy no third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar tools). Our website may set a session cookie strictly necessary for navigation; it contains no personal data and expires when your browser session ends.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of data associated with your IP address or wallet address
- Request deletion of your API logs and health score history
- Deregister your bot wallet, which stops future data collection under that identity
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with “Data Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. Note that payment records retained for tax compliance cannot be deleted before their retention period expires.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in our care:
- All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2 or higher
- API access is routed through Cloudflare Tunnel; no database is directly exposed to the public internet
- Internal services communicate via encrypted mesh networking
- Payment credentials are handled by Stripe and are never stored on Lattiq infrastructure
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to notifying affected users of any material breach without undue delay.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days notice of material changes via website posting. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Contact
